I established Aloha Lomilomi in 1993. As a graduate of the Honolulu School of Massage, my journey of Lomilomi comes first from my heart and soul. I found it to be the most complete healing modality and bodywork. I believe in releasing the core issues that affect the spirit and emotions. My goal is to assist you to sustain and maintain a healthier and happier life.

I have been blessed with the teaching and experience of many. My gift is to assist and to teach all interested in evolving in their talents and within their own spiritual being. As Kumu Lomilomi, I teach Lomilomi For The Spirit ™and Aloha Lokahi Lomilomi™.

I was attracted to Lomilomi after experiencing the healing ability to help people with specific ailments. I first learned massage from my mother, a licensed massage therapist. In 1995, I was inspired to learn Lomilomi with Dr. Maka’ala Yates, DC, then graduated from the Honolulu School of Massage and established my practice in 1997.

I love giving, sharing and nurturing through the healing art of Lomilomi using pa’akai and ‘ili’ili, and particularly enjoy doing hapai (pregnancy) massage.

I began with Reiki (Reiki certified) in 2004 and knew immediately that I wanted to help people in whatever way I can. Since then, in 2007, my journey has taken me to a 12-day intensive healing school learning energy healing massage, where I became a certified healer. With determination to share what I have learned, my decision to proceed on my path with healing led me to massage school. Through that door, I was guided to LiAnn Uyeda at Aloha Lomilomi where I became certified in Lomilomi. Today I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and practice lomilomi with the intention of clearing blockages, moving the energy, finding the core cause or causes of the aches and pains, and assisting to provide a powerful way to self-healing.

Through all my trainings, and as I continue to train, I have awakened and tapped into the joyous world of “energy”. I learned that a balanced, harmonious environment, as well as a connection with mind, body and spirit, is supportive to a joyous, healthy and happy life. It brings me great joy and it is a newfound passion to help people become more connected physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually through lomilomi, Feng Shui, Reiki and Angel Readings/Angel Guidance. Mahalo to all my Kumus!

I was born in Honolulu and was raised by a family who practiced Alternative Health and Medicine. I can remember as far back as 10 years old, I had an inborn curiosity about how to make our bodies and mind feel better naturally through diet, exercise and energywork. My father had an extensive library of books on alternative health practices in which I would often try on myself first before having my friends and family try it out. This curiosity and enthusiasm for making ourselves feel better and ultimately feeling whole has never left me.

I'm passionate about helping people look and feel their best and continue to educate myself on the latest practices in Esthetics, Bodywork and Alternative Health. I offer Corrective Facials, Facelift Lomi, Traditional Lomilomi, Threading and Ear Candling. I will also combine and customize treatments upon client request. Each session is designed with you in mind. With me, your session might include Lomilomi, Orthopedic Massage, Connective Tissue Massage, Foot Reflexology, CranioSacral, Energy Facilitation (via Sacred Path Healing (SPH), Reiki, Healing Touch and other training), or a combination of these. I also love doing Hapai (Pregnancy) Massage. I am a 2003 graduate of the Honolulu School of Massage and a 2007 graduate of SPH School. I also became a certified Sacred Path Healer in 2011.

My focus is to team up with you to help you realign, balance, integrate and reconnect into present time, from physical to energetic levels. It could simply be a relaxing massage. Or you may wish to do some active stretching, breath work, sound healing or other more participatory work. Just let me know what you are here for and we (you and I) will tailor your session to this.

I was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. My first exposure to the healing arts was through my Auntie Norma, a very talented and intuitive Massage Therapist. Not long after high school I attended Ashmead College of Massage in 1999. An interest in the traditional healing art of Lomilomi brought me to Hawai’i in 2003. Through my practice and studies in the healing arts, I continue to refine my understanding of the mind, body and spirit connection. As a result, I am very passionate about helping others along on their own personal journey of health and well-being.
