Gentle, yet powerful, Lomilomi is a powerful healing massage and clearing techique of the Hawaiian culture, releasing with the spirit of ALOHA. Pale wahi (opening touch) communicates down to the bones, deep into the soul and gentle to the body. 

 

Lomilomi is a healing art which combines multiple techniques into the power of one. Nohoponopono (self-excellence) is guided to assist with your emotional and spiritual attachments to the physical body. As the spirit heals, the rest will follow. Lomilomi assists in the release of the muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia attached to the bones, allowing alignment to happen naturally. As your mana (inner power) is elevated, your body, mind and spirit are elevated. As you become more pono (excellent), your body and all around you becomes more pono (excellent).

 

Lomilomi is for everyone from kupuna (elder) to keiki (child) and hapai (pregnant) to hana wai (post partum).
